Overview
The 6th Annual Latinx Games Festival marked a defining moment in the festival’s history. Following a direct invitation from the Executive Director of the National Hispanic Cultural Center, and after meetings with Albuquerque’s mayor, state senators, and business leaders, I brought the festival to New Mexico as a state-sponsored cultural event and driver of economic and cultural tourism.
